Dear Unvaccinated,
Thanks a lot, y’all. It’s because of you that this pandemic cannot end. That the Delta Variant is raging across the country in a deadly second wave. That thousands more Americans have to die. It’s because of your skepticism and distrust of expertise and science in general that the country is unable to reach the level of immunity that would allow us to stop all this isolation, distancing and masking that you apparently hate so much.
Where was all that skepticism when Trump convinced you, with no evidence whatsoever, that the election had been stolen from him by an impossibly massive Democratic conspiracy? You can believe that, but you can’t believe that people who have spent their whole adult lives studying infectious diseases might know what they’re talking about? Shake your head and see if something rattles, I think your brain might be broken.
